Data Deletion and Export

PeerWise should keep users in control of private reflections. Use these options to request export, deletion, correction, or account-data review.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Private discernment, not public judgment

PeerWise is built for private reflection, evidence, humility, and wise next steps. It is not a place to publish ratings, diagnose people, expose people, or make high-stakes decisions.

Export Your Data

You can request a private data export from Settings or by contacting support. A live account may prepare JSON or a ZIP of CSV files, depending on what export formats are enabled.

Exports may include Person Profiles, Cases, related people, options, criteria, evidence, claims, source cards, summaries, belief updates, wisdom reports, AI guidance records, Jenkins jobs, credit ledger entries, and account-related records where available.

Delete Your Data

You can delete individual Person Profiles and Cases where self-serve controls are available. You can request account-wide deletion from Settings, this page, or support.

Deletion requests may be scheduled rather than instant so the team can prevent accidental deletion, satisfy billing/legal requirements, process backups, and preserve security or fraud-prevention records when required.

Correct or Review Data

If your account data appears wrong, contact support with the account email and the type of correction requested. Do not send unnecessary private profile content in support email.

How to Request

Use Settings > Privacy and safety, or email support@peerwise.app from your account email with "Data export", "Data deletion", or "Data correction" in the subject.
