Terms of Service
These terms define the basic boundaries for using PeerWise lawfully, peacefully, privately, and fairly.

Private discernment, not public judgment
PeerWise is built for private reflection, evidence, humility, and wise next steps. It is not a place to publish ratings, diagnose people, expose people, or make high-stakes decisions.
By using PeerWise, you agree to use it as a private reflection and discernment tool. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
You may use PeerWise to organize your own observations, separate facts from interpretations, form tentative claims, revise confidence, identify bias, seek wisdom, and prepare peaceful next steps.
Your notes should be private, proportionate, lawful, and oriented toward truth, fairness, safety, and gentleness.
You may not use PeerWise to harass, shame, threaten, stalk, dox, manipulate, coerce, blackmail, expose, retaliate against, or publicly rate another person.
You may not use PeerWise to make or automate legal, medical, therapy, employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, immigration, criminal, law-enforcement, or emergency decisions.
PeerWise does not permit public profile publishing, social feeds, public ratings, review pages, searchable people databases, follower systems, or sharing features that turn private discernment into public judgment.
Godfrey and Jenkins outputs are assistance, not verdicts. AI can be wrong. Confidence scores are estimates, not certainty.
Do not treat PeerWise output as a diagnosis, finding of guilt, professional assessment, or final conclusion about motive, character, safety, or truth.
You are responsible for the content you enter, the decisions you make, and the way you act toward others after using PeerWise.
When the situation is serious, high-conflict, dangerous, or legally sensitive, seek qualified professional help instead of relying on the app.
Paid plans and optional Jenkins credit packs are subject to the Subscription and Credit Terms and to any applicable platform purchase rules.
PeerWise may change, pause, limit, or remove features to improve safety, privacy, reliability, or legal compliance.
