Private discernment, not public judgment
PeerWise is built for private reflection, evidence, humility, and wise next steps. It is not a place to publish ratings, diagnose people, expose people, or make high-stakes decisions.
Feedback and bug reports
Send beta feedback, bug reports, confusing moments, design issues, privacy concerns, billing concerns, or Godfrey/Jenkins concerns.
Email support@peerwise.app for account, billing, privacy, safety, accessibility, AI-output, Jenkins-research, or data-rights help.
If the support address changes before launch, update this page, store listings, and privacy disclosures together.
Sign-in or session problems, billing questions, export/deletion requests, AI-output concerns, Jenkins research concerns, privacy questions, accessibility issues, responsible-use questions, feedback, and bug reports are appropriate support topics.
Use the Feedback page for general feedback, bugs, confusing experiences, design issues, AI concerns, privacy concerns, billing concerns, or feature requests.
Include your account email, the route or feature involved, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue is urgent.
Do not send unnecessary private profile or Case content, private addresses, sensitive documents, or third-party secrets in support requests.
For Stripe purchases, use the billing portal from Settings when available. For mobile app purchases, use Apple or Google purchase management when required.
PeerWise does not use ads. Paid plans and Jenkins credits support storage, reports, and AI usage.
Use Settings or the Data Rights page to request account export or deletion when those flows are available for your account.
Deletion and export support may require identity verification before account-wide data changes are made.
For unsafe, too-certain, judgmental, offensive, privacy-sensitive, or hallucinated-source AI output, use the in-app report control where available and contact support if the issue is serious.
For Jenkins public research concerns, include the source, query context, and why the result may be mistaken, outdated, or unsafe. Do not send private third-party data.
PeerWise is for private discernment and evidence-based reflection. It is not for public accusation, harassment, diagnosis, surveillance, or high-stakes decisions.
Support is not monitored as an emergency channel. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis resource.
