Early Access and Future Billing Terms
These terms explain the current Free early-access offer and the boundaries that will apply before any paid plan or Jenkins credit purchase opens.

Private discernment, not public judgment
PeerWise is built for private reflection, evidence, humility, and wise next steps. It is not a place to publish ratings, diagnose people, expose people, or make high-stakes decisions.
PeerWise currently offers the core private reasoning workflow as Free early access. No credit card is required and starting early access does not begin a paid subscription.
Any Plus or Pro pricing shown in the product is a preview of planned access, not an available checkout offer. Exact features, enforced limits, taxes, and final pricing will be shown before paid checkout opens.
No paid subscription begins through the current Free early-access flow. When paid checkout opens, the checkout screen and applicable terms will disclose renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and platform rules before purchase.
A future cancellation or downgrade should not delete existing private People, Cases, Problems, Decisions, evidence, claims, sources, or reports, although an active plan may limit new creation or paid capabilities.
Jenkins public research and its optional credit packs are not sold during general Free early access. They remain in a controlled rollout while search, citation, billing, refund, and safety operations are verified.
Before any future credit purchase, PeerWise will show the current price, use, expiration, refund, chargeback, and platform-specific terms that apply.
Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, banks, and card networks may control parts of cancellation, refund, tax, and dispute handling.
For App Store or Google Play purchases, use the platform purchase management and refund tools when required by the platform.
PeerWise is designed so private profiles, Cases, evidence, claims, and belief revision do not require public exposure or ad-based social mechanics.
